Basic Service Includes:

Shipments:
For in stock items, your order will ship right away unless a ship date is requested or LAYAWAY is specified under "shipping instructions."
Insurance is included in every shipping charge. In case of damage, please notify carrier (UPS) first.
All orders are shipped UPS ground unless requested otherwise. Note: UPS will not deliver to P O Boxes, please provide a street address.
Returns Policy -
Upon receipt:
- All items are
shipped UPS and are fully insured. Therefore any damage in shipping
should be reported directly to your local UPS office. Credit and/or
replacement will be issued upon notification.
- Save all shipping
boxes and original packaging, no return merchandise will be accepted
without authorization from UPS.
- Defective or
unsatisfactory merchandise will be credited or replaced in full. Return
charges will be credited to customer account after they are received
with original box in satisfactory condition. Returns must also be
insured. All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt.

Complimentary gift wrapping is available for your special occasions.
A gift card will be enclosed with your personal message as requested.

LAYAWAY PROGRAM
- Place your order on the order page, be sure to specify LAYAWAY under ”shipping instructions". Provide your credit card information.
- Only a 20% deposit will be charged at the time of the initial order. You will receive a hard copy confirmation along with your receipt.
- Regular monthly payments will be required: either automatically on the given credit card or by mail in the form of a check or money order.
- All layaways must be paid in full latest by Monday November 24th , 2008 and will be shipped the first week of December.
- As items become available, you will be notified about the status of your order. Partial shipments are possible but may require additional shipping charges.
- Complimentary gift wrapping is available upon request.
- Deposits are non refundable in the event of layaway cancellation but will be available as merchandise credit for future orders.
- For special occasions, friends and family can pay for a specific item on your layaway and have it shipped to you.
